Super Easy Chinese Soy-Glazed Ginger Garlic Salmon Recipe

  • Share this:

Did you know that I act as a food curator on our channel? Haha I mean I will eat what Roland dished out and then I will decide if the video gets a slot on our channel. Unfortunately, I couldn't do the same for this dish because I am not a fan of salmon but I'm sure this Oriental Style Salmon in Ginger & Garlic Sauce is as good as it looks. Let me know what you think of it after you've cooked this yourself too.

Refer to the ingredient list below or go to our website here http://spicenpans.com/ginger-garlic-salmon/ for your easy reference.

We would like to give special thanks to Shogun by La Gourmet for letting us try out their high quality non-stick pan in the video. If you like to buy them, you can go to any of the major departmental stores in Singapore such as Isetan, Robinsons, Takashimaya, BHG, OG, Metro or Tangs.

Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Thanks for dropping by our channel.

About author
Hihi! Thanks so much for watching our videos! We are a couple from Singapore. Usually Roland cooks & Jamie hides behind the scene filming, editing, photo-taking & doing everything else including replying to your comments. We specialise in Singapore-influenced Chinese food but we do cook other types of food every now & then. As we have other full-time jobs (not Spice N' Pans related) so please pardon us if we can't do more to help you. When our channel was much smaller, we were able to reply almost to all of your comments & we love doing that. However, as our subscriber base grows (thank you so much!!), it has become very challenging for us to do so. We hope some of you can help us by replying to some of the questions posed by our fellow avid home cooks. Thank you so so much for sharing our passion.
